Delivery and shipping

Free standard delivery

Mainland Spain and mainland Portugal are eligible for free standard delivery, with a validated address and postcode. The Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, Madeira and the Azores are excluded. An incomplete or unrecognised address cannot receive an automatic delivery quote. Contact us before buying for other destinations.

Delivery in 3–4 working days

Total production and delivery takes 3–4 working days from artwork approval, for mainland Spain and mainland Portugal. Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays do not count. Artwork review or corrections and approval of a requested proof take place before this period starts.

Delivery details and problems

Provide an address where the delivery can be received. Check the address and final amount before paying. Contact hola@stickerglow.com with your order reference if the destination changes or a delivery is delayed or damaged. Photographs of the packaging and received goods help us investigate; they do not replace or limit your statutory rights.

Postcode data

Production: 1–2 working days. Transit: 2 working days. Artwork must be approved before 11:00 Spanish mainland time. Approvals received at or after 11:00 are counted from the next working day.
