What information and why?
We use contact, billing and delivery details, order information, messages and uploaded files to answer requests, manage purchases, prepare proofs, print and deliver orders. Processing is based on the requested service or contract and applicable legal obligations. Security records support prevention and investigation of misuse. We do not treat a purchase as consent to advertising.
Providers and card details
Hostinger provides hosting and corporate email; Google supports corporate email management. SumUp processes payment information. Necessary delivery details are shared with the logistics platform and carrier used for your shipment. These services receive information needed for their function, subject to their applicable terms and safeguards. Do not send full card numbers or passwords to our contact email.
Designs, local drafts and retention
Uploaded originals are used for review and fulfilment and are kept in protected storage. Do not include unnecessary personal data in a design. The optional local draft includes designs on your own browser, expires after two hours and is checked and removed when you return; use Delete local draft on a shared device. Order and accounting information is kept for the periods needed for the service and applicable legal duties. This does not mean design files are kept indefinitely for marketing.
Optional statistics
Only if you accept statistics, Google Analytics 4 records visits and shopping interactions using browser identifiers, device information, approximate location and product and amount data. We do not send files, filenames, email addresses, postal addresses or private order links. We do not enable advertising or Google Signals. Your rights
You can request access, correction, erasure, restriction, objection or portability where applicable by writing to hola@stickerglow.com. We may need proportionate information to verify the request. You may complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency at https://www.aepd.es/ or your competent supervisory authority. Requests are assessed under the applicable data protection rules.
