Seller and product
The seller is Daniel de Toledo Senties, Spanish tax ID 46362653N, trading as Sticker Glow, Carretera Antiga de Valencia, 43, 08914 Badalona, Spain. Contact: hola@stickerglow.com. The products are individually cut custom stickers in the material, size, shape and total quantity selected. Holographic and clear stickers do not use white ink.
Configuration and price
The chosen quantity is the total split between designs, with at least 15 stickers per design. The first file is included; extra files add €6.05 each including VAT. The configurator displays the complete batch amount. Prices and payment are in euros. Prices include 21% VAT and standard delivery to mainland Spain and Portugal. Checkout validates the address and retains the tax breakdown. Changing language does not change the product or authorise delivery to another country.
Payment and confirmation
SumUp processes payment. Review the configuration, address and total before placing an order with an obligation to pay. A failed, cancelled or pending payment is not proof of payment. Production requires confirmed payment and validated files. Contact us about a duplicate charge or an interrupted payment before attempting to pay again.
Optional proof after payment
After payment, provide a vector with a prepared cut line or request a free digital proof. A requested proof blocks production until you approve the current version. You can request changes before approval. Changing the file or cut invalidates previous approval. A prepared file also needs technical validation; its extension alone does not establish print readiness. A screen preview cannot guarantee physical colour, reflections or adhesion.
Delivery and changes
Standard delivery is free to eligible mainland addresses in Spain and Portugal. Islands, Ceuta and Melilla are excluded. Timing depends on the destination, transport, file validation and any proof approval. Confirm a fixed event date before purchase. Contact hola@stickerglow.com promptly for a change or cancellation request; we will explain what remains possible at the actual production stage.
Custom products and problems
The withdrawal exception for goods made to a customer's specifications or clearly personalised applies where legally relevant. It does not remove rights concerning defective or non-conforming goods.
