What am I buying?

Individually cut custom stickers in matt white vinyl, gloss holographic or gloss clear material. Both the sticker and its backing are cut, so each piece arrives separately. Holographic and clear materials have no white ink. Glow is our brand; these materials do not glow in the dark.

What is the minimum and how are designs split?

At least 15 stickers per design. The selected quantity is the total for the batch: 100 stickers with four designs means 25 of each. Any remainder goes to the first files. The first file is included; every extra file adds €6.05 including VAT. The configurator shows the complete batch price before you continue.

When do I review the proof?

Configure your batch and upload the originals before payment. Afterwards, provide a vector with a prepared cut line or request a free digital proof. If you request a proof, production waits for your approval of the current version. A change to the file or cut invalidates earlier approval. Prepared files still need the workshop's technical validation.

Which files can I use?

Up to 25 MB per file. Automatic previews support PNG, JPG, WebP, SVG and single-page PDF. Other files need a compatible export or manual review. A PDF is not necessarily a vector. Keep important details away from the cut and only supply work you have permission to reproduce.

Where do you deliver?

Standard delivery is free to mainland Spain and mainland Portugal once the address and postcode are validated. The Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, Madeira and the Azores are excluded. Ask about any other destination before buying. The English language option does not add delivery countries.

How do I pay and when will it arrive?

Prices are in euros. Final prices include 21% VAT and standard delivery to mainland Spain and Portugal. Payment is processed through SumUp; an interrupted or pending payment is not a confirmed order. Total production and delivery takes 3–4 working days from artwork approval, for mainland Spain and mainland Portugal. Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays do not count. Production: 1–2 working days. Transit: 2 working days. Artwork must be approved before 11:00 Spanish mainland time. Approvals received at or after 11:00 are counted from the next working day.
